General Information
We ship from Austria in the European Union to most countries worldwide.

Delivery Times
- Delivery times are as stated at checkout and do not include dispatch time.
- Dispatch typically occurs within 1-3 business days. In exceptional cases, dispatch may take longer.
- If no delivery time is specified, orders will be delivered within 30 days maximum.

Shipping Costs and Tracking
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before purchase.
- If specified in the chosen shipping method, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

International Orders
- Buyers are responsible for any tariffs, import taxes, customs duties, or VAT imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
- Customs declarations will be provided with all international shipments outside the EU.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries
- We are responsible for goods until they are delivered to you. If items arrive damaged or faulty, you can request a replacement or refund.
- If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you may cancel the order and request a refund.
